    I offer one the largest selection of Custom and One of a kind designs in the Metro area.  At Doctor John's Body Art Studio your selection is not limited to the standard, mass produced designs.  I can draw up your design for you from your artwork, rework a 'standard' for you, you can pick from our large selection, etc. You can get an idea for a tattoo from many sources, books, CD covers, T-shirt designs to name just a few.

    While I specialize in Custom, high detail, fine line black and  gray work, I also do excellent color tattoos,as well as expert rework/cover-ups of old or poorly done work.

    I have plenty of clear photos of my actual work on display.  Partly because I sincerely believe the most obvious and HONEST advertisement anyone can have is their work. Anyone can say almost anything they want in their ad so, again, see the work itself, THAT always tells the truth. There are more and more people doing Tattoos, some of them even know what they are doing, but NOT all of them. Check their work, first. I've been involved in Tattooing for a long time and have seen some really poor work come from some of these so-called 'tattoo artist', some of which can't be fixed, only removed and THAT is alot more painful AND expensive than good work would have been in the first place. Beware of 'bargains',there's an old saying 'Good Tattoos aren't Cheap and Cheap Tattoos aren't Good'.
